Challenger commute

Steve's new job necessitates an occasional car rental, and this week we have this monster in our driveway, a 2011 Dodge Challenger:

Steve wrote this review about his rented muscle car:
"It drives nicely, has a sporty “flying carpet” highway ride , smooth and firm. Pretty good acceleration with its 300 H.P six (Car and Driver says 0-60 in 6.5 seconds) and it makes a nice snarly exhaust note under aggressive throttle. It doesn’t haul azz like either the new or old Hemi V8 ... but then again I’m getting close to 30 MPG on the highway. It would be better with a stick, making me feel even more like the Black Charger driver in “Bullitt” (I need to remember to wear my Tyrolean businessman/assassin hat) . People seem to love it and/or hate it. They clear the lane when I pull up behind them, not sure if this is respect, state trooper fear, or hit man fear … but I like to fantasize it’s a little of all."
